...but look carefully and you'll see wet slides affecting steep terrain due to the recent warm teperatures and rain. This type of avalanche generally travels slowly, but the heavy wet snow is dense and can easily knock a climber off a route. Expect more of this with the warm, wet weather in the forecast.
